I realize this is a time conflict, as this sale is on the same Saturday as the club meeting, but there is a large Saddle, Tack, and Horse auction just outside of Alton, starting at 10:00 AM.
The auction is Gary Hensley's horses and tack and horse "stuff." He did not have driving animals, but he was well known for his horses and horsemanship.
There are 15 saddles for sale, 50 bridles, a 1050 John Deere 4 wheel drive tractor, a 2020 John Deere, corral panels, gates, a ha ring, water tanks, dog pens, some small tools, and two black powder pistols.
The sale flyer also says other horse items too numerous to list.
